The Diamond Reception is an experience that undergoes strict supervision before and during your event.
All guests are made aware pre the event and walked though during it. Guests that participate, agree in taking full responsibility and so are fully aware about the diamond at the bottom of the champagne glass (which sits at the bottom and does not float).
We also have experienced staff at hand who inform each and every guest upon arrival, hence safeguarding individuals and making it as enjoyable as possible.
We have never experienced or had any guest swallow the diamond during an event. We have undergone Health & Safety / Assessment reports that suggest if ever swallowed, it would not cause any immediate or long term damage, illness or health issues. However, we advise all parties booking to have relevant public liability insurances which should nevertheless be the case in any public or private event situation.

We also provide a Risk Assessment Report prior to any event (written request).
Costs depend on a few factors, mainly number of guests attend and the value of the winning diamond(s). The minimum Diamond value is £1000 with our maximum being £10,000.
Priced start from £35.00 per head (excluding travel costs or expenses)* and dependant on number of guests / package content. Costs per head are higher when there are fewer guests and lower rates when larger bookings.
Minimum booking is for 10 guests and maximum 1000 guests and based on content of your package & written confirmation (including a 50% deposit to hold any dates into the official Embee event’s Diary).
We do also offer additional areas such as the champagne, glasses, tables and extra staff . Our creative team can also organise an entire ‘Diamond’ themed’ event for you from start to finish which focuses around The Embee Diamond Reception and can also host food and additional drinks.

Embee Jewels of London are a well established and credible jewellery brand with over 20 year’s experience and highly respected within the industry. All the stones are ethically sourced and come with a fully certified ‘certification’ provided to every Diamond Reception that is booked.
PLEASE NOTE: not all companies attempting to offer Diamond Receptions are official certified. Booking an event without official certifications / industry experience could result in your event being seen to be unethical practice & handling ‘unknown’ diamonds . This can not only jeopardise your brand / event, but could also lead to serious consequences.
The Embee Diamond Reception are the most recognised and experienced events of its kind to have full approved and associated with some of the finest brands, charities and locations in the UK/World.
Minimum booking time required is 4 weeks prior to your event date.
We can organise events on some occasions within 2 weeks based on a 10% increase of the total cost of your booking.
Bookings are confirmed once agreement terms are agreed, signed and a 50% deposit are paid to secure your event (unless special arrangements are agreed or organised).
Written quotes are valid for 2 weeks from submission and could then change or be amended by us.
Any dates to be held officially into the Embee event diary can only be held with a 50% deposit to guarantee your event date.
The Embee Diamond Reception is mainly booked by the Events industry either by Event / PR agencies for their client events/launches or by venues, hotels, bars, clubs and corporates.
Our events act as positive PR or a way to attract new business / clients or to appreciate customers. Events we cater for include Christmas, Valentines, Charity Galas, Summer Balls and product launches. Charities also host us at their Gala events where glasses are sold to guests as a way to fund raise on the night, this works as a unique way to both entertain and fund raise with some charities raising over £5,000 within 1 hour of hosting The Embee Diamond Reception!
Many will admit, that the Embee Diamond Reception is a fantastic way to enhance any event or occasion and different gemstones can also be used to target a theme/occasion or corporate message i.e. sapphires, emeralds or rubies.
